The Slow Event

 Once upon a time, there was a little store run by a mommy named Stretchy. She had a special helper, her daughter Emma. They worked hard to make the store look nice by moving furniture around and telling lots of people about it. They even had a special event where they invited friends over and served yummy treats and drinks. Everyone had a good time and looked around the store, but not as many people bought things as they hoped.

Stretchy and Emma were a little sad, but they knew that sometimes things don't go as planned. They decided to keep trying and maybe next time, more people will buy things from their store. And who knows, maybe the next event will be even more fun and successful.
